So the main idea here is that i get better performance whilst plugged in. I like gaming so I play a lot. I usually start playing when the battery is low so i can play and charge , thinking it’s better for the battery to be used (charged and discharged) . After playing for a while the battery gets full , and I want to keep playing with the same performance. So I came up with the idea to add a switch to the cables connecting the battery wires with the motherboard. So I can stop using the battery when it hits 100% and continue playing plugged in. And after finishing I would turn the switch on, connecting the battery with the motherboard and then remove the plug and continue browsing using the battery. But am afraid to try because i just got this laptop.
Sounds like a good idea but i would be extremely careful to not short anything i wouldnt attempt this is your are an amateur at soldering and such but if you are experiened id go for it!
