Is it possible to completely remove and/or completely disable the accelerometer and gyroscope (combo chip) without bricking the phone? Desolder? Damage? How should I go about this?
There are three sensor IC’s on the SE so depending on what functions you want to inhibit, the combo IC may or may not be enough. You can certainly remove the combo IC and it will not brick the phone or impede the boot sequence.
