I have a Bose Sounddock i pod player that I no longer use to play music. My question is if the Sounddock can be modified to be used as a auxillary speaker for a Sony 46" TV. The model that I have only has one power input plug.

Branson Tate, yes there is. Just add an AUX port to the sounddock. Follow the instructions on here. Hope this helps, good luck.
