I just replace the lightning port assembly on my brothers iPhone 6 Plus and now the front facing and rear facing cameras do not work. They just show a black screen when you open any camera app. I have tried hard reset and resetting all settings
If you haven’t already, I would recommend you go through this guide to double check your steps. First question…did you disconnect the battery before removing any other connector? The two cameras are on separate flexes so the only common denominator is that they may both be incorrectly connected or you may have damaged the logic board by dislodging some small electronics components.
