Sanyo VPC-E870 Cant find answers : Bought new battery and still my camera turns on and off in less then 2 seconds.

@zepol could be a lens error. If your lens does not extend your camera will turn off. Check on here to see if it applies. If that is not your issue, you will have to be prepared to tear it apart to see where the error could be.
