My camera stopped working and I have trouble with the gallery icon. Message said “Gallery not working” and gives me a choice of “wait” or “close”. Can’t open camera from icon on screen or Gallery. Just gives me a black screen.
karen_g32 could be a faield camera. The very first hing you want to do is to save your personal files (pictures, music etc.) and back those up. Once you did that try a hard reset. This will reset your tablet to factory condition and will delete all of your files, settings etc. Make a sure you have any password, email address etc. that you may need for a reset. Follow the instructions for a hard reset on here. Let us know what you get.
