Chosen Solution
I am trying to playback video that I took on my camera but there is no sound coming from it. I have changed the sound settings and it is maxing out the volume. I have no idea how to fix this. There is no other options that involve volume.
Look to see if there is a mute option that is separate from the direct volume control. If not, the internal speaker may be worn down or lost a connection. Luckily, this is relatively easy to re-solder or replace if you have a replacement part available!
