Did a screen swap on a 6 - Now the camera app stays black and crashes when trying to take a picture. Seems like the shutter isn’t opening. Seems software-based. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. For the record, have tried installing new front and back cameras and the problem persists.
That is weird. Those are usually typical symptoms of a broken camera. I’ll look into it Yeah, try restoring to factory settings. Make sure to do a backup first
