Hello, callers hear me very bad, already change dock with new mic, factory reset too and still the same… Does anyone has any idea of what might be the problem ? Thanks
Check the microphone filter right next to the headphone jack. Most likely blocked from debris and or dust. I use tweezers or any similar fine tool to clean it from the outside and a brush to clean loose dust from it.
