How can I fix this problem as above
Try to reset your voicemail service. Call 611 on your phone to reset your voicemail PIN if you set it up already. If you haven’t you can call your voicemail directly and set it up. Normally to do this, hold down “1” to call your voice mail service to set it up.
If what @avanteguarde does not work, contact your service provider. Most companies can remove and add voicemail services if they have not done so.
