Can’t seem to hear when people on the phone they can hear me fine. Volume is set to high. This is a new phone
I’d take it back to Samsung for troubleshooting. There isn’t much more than that for that issue when it’s a new device. Probably a defective earpiece speaker which is better off to get the phone replaced under warranty.
