I want to by pass thermostat in the refrigerator so that it work without thermostat and which wires must i combine together.

Without a model number I won’t know. I do know that a refrigerator with a PCB will be difficult. An older refrigerator with a knob that turns for tempature control will usually have a bulb going into the freezer section and only 2 wires to the control plus a ground wire. Those 2 wires connected together will bypass the control and cause the compressor to run.

Will thus hurt compressor if it runs
