I am looking at a few aftermarket screens for a 6S Plus. One is from MobileDefenders. I know the Home button and front camera will need transferred over to replacement screen…does anyone know what else will need transferred over, being familiar with MobileDefender replacement screen? Also, anyone had any luck with replacement batteries from MD? They’re on the cheaper side but curious as I have never purchased aftermarket battery (Apple always replaced mine) Thanks much!

Most of the time, the following (small) parts needs to be transferred: Home button (Touch ID)Earpiece speakerCamera (Sensor Assembly)EMI Shield You could also buy a display assembly with the small parts already in, but this will make it more expensive, and if the other parts are working, I would recommend the display without the small parts. I’m not familiar with MD battery’s… Perhaps someone else here have experience with them. But be careful with cheap batteries, they will age (most of the times) way faster compared to other batteries.
