I have a 46 inch Viore. The TV was on and the picture and sound just disappeared. The power off light and the power on light both light up, but no picture or sound. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?
@tracycunn no picture/sound is usually related to a failed main board. First make sure that you have a signal. Disconnect everything from your TV. Unplug your TV and hold the power button down for 60 sec. Then plug your TV back in and connect one good video source (DVD player etc. and see if it makes a difference. If not, you will have to remove the back from your TV and take a look at the boards. Check the power board for bad fuses or obviously damaged components.
