My buds are not turning on and connecting. When I pull them out of the case, they show as fully charged, green, according to the indicator light. But as soon as I pull them out, it turns orange. The buds do not turn on and look as though they are completely discharged
It looks like you may need a battery replacement. Unfortunately, this is a difficult repair. iFixit does not have a replacement guide for this model, but they have a teardown here and replacement batteries here.
