The paper is jammed at the front. It is half torn off - cleanly. I cannot remove the cartridge.
The problem maybe the drums that drag the paper, the are worn up to the point they have no rugosity. Try to scratch them with your nails or with the tip of a screwdriver.
Normally, people get the paper jam error on their brother machine, when there is a piece of paper obstructing the printer parts. that’s why it can’t print your documents. so check your printer again carefully.
