I’m trying to replace the CCD and broke the retaining clip on the ZIF connector. It’s a 28-pin connector with approximately 0.381mm pitch. Does anyone know a part number or manufacture so I can order a new one and swap retaining clips?
I fear you’ve got quite a challenge there. If you can find a supplier you may find the website is in Japanese or Chinese with a minimum order of 1,000! Your best bet is probably to put a watch on eBay and you may be able to get another A610 cheaply perhaps with a different fault from which you can cannibalise the apropriate part, or the whole logic board so as not to risk damaging the clip in trying to transfer it.
