hello to everyone! i changed the lcd of my mba successfully. but now there is another problem: the isight camera doesn´t work anymore. and i also know why: while removing the front bezel i accidently cut the wire on the left side of the screen. i think the microphone and the cam are attached to it. the mic still works fine, but the cam isn´t found anymore. now to my question: how is this cable called? do you know where to buy it? btw: sorry for my english, i´m from germany, but i hope it´s not to bad ;-) thx for your help!
You probably couldn’t find it because it does not appear to have a part number. But it’s the LVDS and iSight cable. They are combined. Here’s where to find some: http://www.dealtime.com/macbook-air-lvds…
