Hi One of the customer brought an iphone 4s. The phone stills “searching”, after battery replacement. The date is value, so unfortunately, I think, its an other problem this. I checked the logic board with microscope, and I saw this broken chip. what is this 6 pins chip? Tomorow I will resolder this. I marked with yellow. Thanks. Tibor
Iphone Service Szeged, that is U18_RF which is a Low-power 2-input AND gate 74AUP1G08GF in a SOT891 package, it is part of your baseband circuitry. The part is readily available at places like Mouser.com You can get the datasheet from here.
