Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15ARR today i discovered that a black wire on my laptop has been broken and is preventing me from connecting to the WiFi this is possible because my laptop is falling apart as the hinge broke and so did the thing covering it and the stuff around the screen unfortunately i cannot afford to repair or get a new laptop since they’re all expensive and is the same amount as what you’d pay for rent and now probably buggered so i guess this is it for me anyway I’ll leave you to decide what i need to do so sorry Update (10/24/2021) forgot to say i think this is my laptop but they all look similar which is confusing me a little bit Update (10/25/2021)

Oforid yes, that is your WiFi antenna cables. So it looks like it tore of from the actual antenna which is in the back cover behind your display. We really need to know the exact model for your computer to assist you further with this. It’ll help if you can provide us with any identifier. You can download the repair manual for the computer you listed from here Just make sure it is the right model Update (10/25/2021) Oforid222 thank you for clarifying. So, the two cables come from the PCI Express Mini Card for wireless LAN and go behind the display. It’s a bit cumbersome and lots of work to replace it, but it can be done. Also, consider replacing those broken hinges etc. For all this work use the step-by-step service manual 330 14igm 330 15igm 330 15icn 330 15arr 330touch 15arr Hmm 201805. To repair it will be cheaper than a new laptop would be. :-)
