Only 7 months old new Hisense TV gets horizontal lines. Someone help me plz.

Hi, What is the model number of the TV? Have you tried different inputs, different channels? Are the lines there when viewing the menu screens? As it is only 7 months old check the warranty statement that came with the TV as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
