I just recently bought off Craigslist a IPad mini model A1432 with someone’s ICloud account still logged in and it has a security lock on it I can’t seem to reach the previous owner and now I can’t access the iPad to link my account and I can’t do a factory reset without that password what do I do?
@millusion1992 that is correct. Unless you get the previous owner to log into this account there is no way to get it to reset. Apple may or may not (most likely) be helpful in this case. Return the iPad and try to get your money back.
