Good evening everyone, I just bought today a “new” / used S8 because I’m tired of my Xiaomi MI A1 & LG G4. I read some threads about similar issue and I would like to know how would I know if my LCD is damaged and should be changed as well? my touch screen works fine but there’s like a Greenish circle on the bottom of the screen where the crack is.

You’ll need the whole display assembly replaced. This is the LCD panel display and the glass together as one piece. As this is a high cost and difficult repair I would recommend leaving this to a reputable repair store to replace the screen: Samsung Galaxy S8 Screen Replacement [linked product missing or disabled: IF355-001-1]
