So a couple years back my house was near some lightning and it fried my ethernet port and wifi - I assume, since I can’t connect to the internet using either method. I was thinking about fixing it, and was wondering if all I need to do is replace the wifi antenna? Everything else about the PS3 seems to work just fine, other than not having any means of connecting to the internet. Are there any external options available? Let me know what repair options would be my best best. Obviously I am looking for something low cost-since I already have a WiiU and XboxOne. I just feel bad for my PS3.

You might try a USB ethernet adapter, which you can probably pick up on eBay pretty cheaply and may just work. A USB WiFi adapter is less likely to work as device-specific drivers would be required.
