Both front and back cameras are not functioning at all, with 3uTools reporting that both have abnormalities, and so does the flash. Weirdly enough the ambient light sensor still works just fine, but that’s about it. This has been dropped, so I was wondering what could be causing the issue?
Sometimes if one camera has been damaged it can cause both to stop functioning. I would suggest disconnecting one at a time and see what the result is. If one works without the other connected it will be a faulty camera. If the above doesn’t shed anything I would try a reset. Other than that the fault will be on the logic board. You would first need to diode the connectors and compare with known good values.
