I’m trying to print borderless image from PhotoShop on 17" width roll of paper from Epson 7800, but I can’t seem to get the correct setting. I set for borderless printing (Roll feeding: borderless with single cut) under paper feed. And I set the image for 17"x11" (with no border) but it doesn’t print as borderless. What else do I need to do for borderless printing? The image size on the file is 17"x 11".
Hi, I assume that you are using Windows as the OS? If so have you checked that you have adjusted the Auto Expand and the Retain Size options accordingly to see if you can resolve the problem. Take note of the adjustments as mentioned on p.107 Update (02/19/2017) Hi @goat1805 , As you know according to the manual (see p.82) the Auto Expand and Retain Size options are used in Mac OS systems as well as Windows OS so since they are not available perhaps you have the wrong printer drivers installed or if not there is a problem with the printer drivers that are installed and they need to be re-installed. It is the Epson printer drivers that provide these print options not anything that can be set in Photoshop As I do not know anything about Mac OS computers my only suggestion is to ensure that you have the correct printer drivers installed for your Mac OS.
