Chosen Solution
Charges fine but never fully powers on. goes from white apple boot screen, shuts off then starts to charging screen. The battery has been confirmed to have more than 80% charge though. Also tried battery replacement and soft reset. help?
I would try putting it into dfu mode or force restart the phone. See what happens there How to Force Restart an iPhone 5
Is it recognized by iTunes?
