My Huawei p9 LITE model ALE-L21 is stuck on booting loop. The baterry is on about 1%, and when it starts, it shows it’s laoding, then it shows Huawei logo and booting, then black and huawei logo, and it repeates. I really need some help!
Hello Give this a try. The best thing that you can do right now is to check if the problem is caused by a system glitch. You will need to perform a factory reset on the phone from the recovery mode. Take note that this action will erase your phone data. *Hold down the Power key to switch off the device. *Press and hold Volume Up and Power key. *Release the keys as soon as the Huawei logo appears on the screen. *You should be in a Recovery Mode menu. *Navigate here by using Volume buttons and select options by using the Power key. In case the problem still occurs after the reset then this could already be a hardware related problem in which case you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked
