Hello everybody, i repaired on iphone 7 audio ic fault, BB pmu error and not working wifi by placing wires under IC’s. After all my work everything works fine but when i try to twist housing or put some pressure on it, phone start boot loop. Where could i look next? Can be fault under BB CUP or somewhere i do not know by flexing board? Thanks for help.
You probably have some poorly soldered “balls” under the IC’s you worked on. Whenever you twist the device, you are exacerbating the stress on these balls and causing intermittent connections. You could try to reflow the IC’s or simply remove and reball again.
