Hi all , I have been asked to look at a samsung S7 which was black screen and not charging , I had a few attempts with the usual < power /volume keys and got it to start although it came straight up with the blue erasing screen , now it is in a loop of power off (black screen) samsung / device screen and blue erasing screen . any ideas .
I would try reinstalling the firmware with Odin. If that doesn’t work then could be board damage.
