Hello! I changed on my iphone 4s a broken display with a new one . i was really careful with everything and i reinstalled every screw . the display itself works great only at the corners it gets blurry in purple color. you can just see it good if the background is dark (black) like on the black boot up with the apple logo. look at the pictures. thank you. Not seeing anything like that, in those pictures. Sounds like damage to the lcd. Probably when you held it down, to put the corner screws in. Could have been during travel, could be a bad part. You could try one of these, be careful during the install iPhone 4S Screen
The Display is new, the first (Broken one) Had the same issue.
