My solo2 wireless Bluetooth doesn’t work after using it in a hot weather in Malaysia, tried to make a reset with no hope. when pressing the Bluetooth button, nothing appears in the light bar or even in my iphone to detect the unit. Recently, my laptop didnt see the headset please, help with information on how to get the Bluetooth faulty unit to replace it

You would be best off replacing the Motherboard or just buying a new one. It seems that the Bluetooth Module is probably soldered to the board. You really should just go buy some AirPods or something because there are no parts available for it. Sorry about that. Good Luck!
