Hey! I’m recently experiencing an issue with my customers iPhone 6 Plus. The problem is if you go to Settings -> Bluetooth you can only see the Bluetooth heading and instead of the enable/disable toggle switch there’s some kind of ’loading’ icon. It just keeps spinning forever. Already restored it, installed latest firmware through iTunes (both normally and through DFU mode), tried reseting network settings alone - none of these would work. Any clues?

Bluetooth chip problem, replacing the antenna will not help in any way. Get someone to diagnose and repair the board for you.
