Thanks for all the ifixit guides and community support. Regarding the Bluetooth and Wifi Antenna Replacement Guide, I just replaced the battery using a different guide on YT but broke the bluetooth and wi-fi antenna. The new battery works but I am reluctant to remove it because it was that process that caused the damage. Albeit more difficult, but is it still possible to replace the bluetooth and wi-fi antenna without removing the battery? Regards.
If you follow carefully the guide you’ll notice the battery doesn’t need to be removed, but you’ll need to remove the logic board since the antenna connector in on the bottom side of it. See step 33 of the guide for a detailed view: iPhone 5s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Antenna Replacement
