im trying to factory rest it back to windows 7 starter but it wont let me can anyone help
Sounds like a bad Drive. It may have been corrupted. Boot into bios then change the primary boot to be set to disk. Insert a boot disk for windows 7. If it still cant start. Do the same process with a windows download disk.
