My S21 5g went black it still vibrates and I hear notifications. I tried to force restart it but the screen remains black. Please help do I need a new LCD?
Without knowing the history of the phone then yes. Unless the screen has previous damage, open the phone, remove all the screws and the cover above the battery connector and disconnect the battery for a minute. Then reconnect it, put the cover and screws back in then try and power it on, if you get the same results then it’s a new screen.
