After I changed touch IC phone worked for 24 hours and now it stuck in recovery mode and the screen is black. of course this is my customer’s phone. she told me after 24 hours the phone turned off. when I tried to restore it I got 4005 error from iTunes.
The most likely scenario is that something went wrong during or after your repair. It’s not uncommon that excess heat causes collateral damage. However given the unusual symptoms your customer is experiencing, I have to wonder if they didn’t drop the phone or something. Either way, your going to have to take a closer look and see if there is anything obvious. Error 4005 could be NAND/CPU related.
