Chosen Solution
My laptop is fully charged and I have not touched it in about a week. Today I turned it on and the screen stayed black but then a series of beeps started and were continuous until I shut the computer off again. It’s a series of 3 beeps with a small space in between each set of 3. What’s wrong and how do I fix it?
Check if the RAM is seated properly. Take out the sticks and reinsert them. Change them around, try one at a time. Try new ram. The old ones will have labelled exactly the type you need to buy. Stay away from Corsair brands, but others should be fine. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, your logic board may have gone bad.
