I dropped my phone on the floor and now it has blue and black line’s down the screen what does this mean? And how can I fix it?
Its usually the LCD panel that is at fault with the description you’ve provided… it may be a loose connection, but if the lines are clear straight lines, it means a data tract is damaged in the LCD. i hope this helps
