Afternoon, Was just about to get a friends old iMac when it stopped working. Most likely the power supply but I’m seeing that this part seems to be going for about half the price of just buying a new used machine of the same series. Is there a market for used power supplies or the like? Or where is the best place online to order such things at a good price? Thanks in advance. Dustin
It’s mostly an issue of supply and demand. No one is making this power supply any more so the supply is dwindling and there are still people needing new units. The price is around $160 US.
