What does it mean when the LED blinks and the computer beeps 3 times but won’t boot? Thanks.

I am having the same issue! I have replaced the memory. tried one slot, then the other. Did the “command, option, r,p” , “shift hold”, and all these like it. i am at a loss as what to do, any ideas from here?
