Mine is Dell Inspiron 14R laptop and bought it 3 years ago. Now the battery symbol in system try is showing X mark on it and telling to to buy new one. is my old work not working?
yes ur battery is dead…..u need to buy new one it costs around Rs 3000/-…wen u replace it charger it full n use it….
The X on battery means that your battery has been expired so you need to get the new replacement battery first or you can also try by checking its driver but most probably you have to go for new replacement battery.
