The plastic piece on the top end of battery is broken and the battery became very loose and it just keeps on continuously restarting it was not even charging i tried with paper but when i move the phone it was same to back position please help me
Hi, Do you mean that the battery housing back cover is broken? Here’s a link to the ifixit Nokia Lumia 635 Motherboard Replacement guide. It is useful as it shows how to remove the battery housing back cover so that it can be replaced. (you only have to go as far as Step.4 in the guide) Here’s a link to suppliers of the replacement part.
