My Blu vivo xl is stuck on 1-3% charge. How can I fix this? I tried resetting the cache and restarting and it stays on 1%.
@animationfund1 ,Mira , Try another charger/cable if you can or have yours tested. Check the charge port for dust/debri and blow out with a can of compressed air, check that the charge port is not loose or damaged(with the cord plugged into phone,does it wiggle and make a contact to start charging), if port is loose it will need repair. You could try removing battery, cleaning contacts and reinstall and try. Battery may be faulty and needs replaced. Good luck.
