Hi all, today earlier I attempted to change my iPhone battery and in the process I have scraped the NFC pad. could someone advise if I could cover the exposed area using kaptan or electrical tape or would there be no issue leaving this as it is?
I don’t think this is problematic. The coil doesn’t seem affected but the picture is too blurry to say for certain. You don’t need to tape it up unless the coil is exposed.
