So I ordered a new 6s battery and it arrived pretty bent, by an angle of, say, roughly 20 degrees. I bent it back and it looks fine. Is it safe to install or should I get a replacement? The seller wants me to install it first but all the posts with batteries short circuiting and being lit aflame scares me. Is it safe to install?
Ray, do not install, tell seller battery is defective and does not work, return for replacement or refund. Do not risk your equipment to a potentially defective battery. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
I would since they told you to install it, and if it broke your phone, then they would be liable for the damages to your equipment legally
