I recently replaced my battery with the kit sold here on iFixIt. I have a 17” MBP Mid-2009 and have tried an SMC and PRAM reset without any change in behavior. I’m wondering if I need to get a replacement battery for my replacement battery, or if there is something I overlooked? Any help is appreciated.
