The new replacement battery quickly drops to 7% and stays there, and lost 19% its capacity just with 13 cycles went down and now it says Service Battery!!! So I got my replacement battery from iFixit. The battery drain seemed fine from 100 down to about 50 % and then suddenly made a quick drop down to 7%. The weird thing was that I could keep using it for a couple of hours even though the percentage was slowly dropping. It stayed at 7% for a really long time. I watched 45 minutes of live football, did a little bit of web browsing, watched some youtube, and worked in photoshop for a little while. All of this from 7% down to 2% when it entered sleep mode.
Also, the battery lost 18% of its capacity only in 13 times charging!!!!
After 23 cycles the battery went bad and says Service Battery!
What can I do now? I have the serial number of the battery and also the name of the factory. Update (09/22/2021) They told me : Hello,Thank you for providing that information! After doing some digging into the order itself it loos like this was sold by a third party and appears to be a fake iFixit product, as such, we are unable to provide support for it.
