i have replaced my MBP battery , i bought from ifixit and did the guided procedures. the battery is working fine, however battery life couldn’t exceed 4 hours approximately, only web surfing. i tried to drain the battery to 1% then recharge it hoping that well fixit but no luck. please help
So I have always heard that when you change the battery for a MacBook pro, you need to calibrate the battery first with the system’s power management. Here is a video on how to do so. https://youtu.be/T5ZMLInLE-Q
