I bought a slightly used iphone 7 plus and the battery health is still on 97% when I bought it. Then as day goes by, i can see that the batt health is decreasing from 97-96 then 96-95. After 2 weeks, it became 91%. And my model starts with “N”. What can u say about it?? Should I change the battery? Is my phone not good at all??
I’m not sure where you purchased the phone form but odds are the battery was replaced with a cheap eBay special. Order a kit from ifixit and you should be good to go.
